Boston attorney H. Paul Carroll with the singular purpose of providing timely, cost-effective, and creative solutions to our clients

THE CARROLL LAW FIRM through its founding attorney, H. Paul Carroll, has successfully represented clients in state and
federal courts in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, California, and other jurisdictions, in a variety of securities, consumer fraud,
and anti-trust class action lawsuits and other select civil and criminal cases. Mr. Carroll has successfully represented clients in
numerous jury and non-jury trials.
As a leading advocate of victims of racial discrimination and sexual harassment, Mr. Carroll has successfully represented clients
before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination. As an advocate for the disabled, and in particular, disabled
Vietnam Veterans, Mr. Carroll has successfully represented clients who have been unfairly denied Social Security Disability
benefits by the government.
A supporting member of the local community, Mr. Carroll has volunteered his time with the American Red Cross and the New
England Shelter for Homeless Veterans in Boston. He also volunteers his time and legal services to women and children
who have been affected by domestic violence.
